Classes & fitness content

Our Pilates, Sculpt, and Recovery classes and related content are provided for general fitness and educational purposes. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for personalized care from a qualified healthcare professional.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise program, particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from an injury, or managing a medical condition.

Participation is voluntary. Exercise involves risks, including injury. Choose movements appropriate for your abilities, use a safe space and suitable equipment, and stop if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.

Our recorded classes do not provide individual supervision. Results vary, and we do not guarantee specific fitness, health, or appearance outcomes.

Our content

The content on this website, including videos, class materials, images, text, logos, and designs, is owned by Sculpt Code or used with permission.

You may access our classes for your personal use. Except where permitted by law or with our written permission, you may not copy, redistribute, sell, reupload, or use our content to teach commercial classes. You are welcome to share links to our public website and content.

Products & future purchases

Physical products are not currently available for purchase. Product details, pricing, payment terms, and shipping and return policies will be provided before orders open.

Joining an email list or first-access list does not place an order, require a purchase, or guarantee product availability.

Content availability

We may update our website, class offerings, and complimentary content over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance or technical issues.

Any future paid offering will have its price and access terms disclosed before purchase.
